Willmore Cemetery is in Harp Township, Section 28, overlooking Clinton Lake.  It was thought to have been established in 1877 with the death of James Percy Willmore, but looking at the list of burials at findagrave.com, there were eleven people buried there before 1877, including James Willmore’s wife, who died in 1874.  The earliest burial was in 1864, so perhaps the cemetery was given its name because it was located on the Willmore farm.  The sign pointing to the cemetery is misspelled as Wilmore (with one l), so it is listed under that name at findagrave.com.

Angie Johnson, who took the following pictures (more on her website), recorded the following GPS coordinates: 40° 09' 57" N    88° 52' 27" W.
