Lookups - DeWitt County, ILGenWeb

Need some help? Maybe we can assist you. The following volunteers have graciously offered to do lookups in their respective resources for other researchers.

The USGenWeb, The ILGenWeb and DeWitt County ILGenWeb policy prohibits lookup volunteers from infringing on copyrights, so please do not ask for large quantities of information, information on multiple people, or photocopies of pages from the books. I found a book entitled The American Aerial Company History Series, No. 9, This is Dewitt County, Illinois, by John Drury, dated 1955. It has 250 pages; most of which are 2"X3" aerial photos of farms in DeWitt County. It includes the name of the farm, the Rt. #, Township, and number of acres.

Additionally, there is a flat map with zones for each township, a 4"X6" aerial photo of the county seat, and a brief description of who and how it was settled. Anyone wishing information, please contact me.
