Bill and Effie May (Kesecker) Vinson
Bill Vinson and Effie May were born in Waynesville before 1900 and lived in Clinton all of their adult life. They owned a home near Webster School, exact address unknown. There is a biography of Andrew Jackson Vinson on another page. He was Bill's Grandfather.
