Frank Mitchell Palmer
Frank Palmer was born April 10, 1856, and was the son of Ezekiel H. and Sarah (Mitchell) Palmer. He was married to Sarah A. Minor in 1893 and they had five children: Mildred, Frances, Lambert, Everett and Ramona. Mrs. Palmer died in 1909. Mr. Palmer practiced law in Clinton for many years and was prominent in public life, serving for many years on the city council. He moved to Decatur, Illinois, about 1915 and died in that city on January 31, 1917.
