DeWitt Cemetery

Dewitt cemetery is located south of DeWitt City in DeWitt Township Section 19. It is easily accessed off County Hwy 14. I found this cemetery a real contradiction of terms, The cemetery is well groomed and yet the older section of it has been left mowed but decayed. As you can see by the pictures the older stones are broken, some just piled, some laying to just decay more. It was a very sad sight.
